HOW IS DAWGIEBOWL MADE?
From real ingredients and with real love. Every care is taken to ensure that your furry baby eats as real and healthy as possible. We use only fresh, real, and human-grade ingredients from trusted (and pet-loving) vendors. Our recipes are specially formulated to abide by AAFCO and FEDIAF nutrition standards. The ingredients are vacuum dried at low temperatures to preserve their nutritional values and packaged in tamper-free pouches to deliver untainted goodness to your baby.
HOW IS DAWGIEBOWL DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PET FOODS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET?
Unlike most packaged pet food brands, DawgieBowl is made from 100% natural, hooman-grade ingredients. We don’t use by-products, gluten, corn or soy-based fillers, preservatives, taste enhancers (like Monosodium Glutamate – MSG, etc.), or anything else that’s synthetic or processed in our food. It’s food for dogs and cats, but we never treat it as pet food.
WHERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS SOURCED FROM?
We source our meats and other ingredients from vendors we know by name. The meat is always cut and cleaned in the supervision of our chefs to ensure freshness and hygiene. All ingredients are periodically checked for adulteration and to ensure freshness and nutritional quality. We know what loyalty means and that’s how we make sure your dawgie eats like every baby should – Healthy.
HOW DO I KNOW THE FOOD IS SAFE?
Our food is made fresh in a human-grade kitchen in Noida. We abide by all food standards laid out by FSSAI and follow the same hygiene and safety protocols that companies follow while making human-food. From our sourcing to cooking and packaging – all processes are handled by our internal staff (no outsourcing) to maintain service quality and efficiency. Every batch of DawgieBowl is carefully tested for quality before it’s packed and delivered to your doorstep.
WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF FEEDING DAWGIEBOWL TO MY DOG (OR CAT)?

HOW DO YOU CUSTOMIZE THE RECIPE TO SUIT MY PET?
Our unique algorithm, created by our team of nutritionists with help from international vets and research information available in open domain, formulates a precise feeding plan and portion size based on your pet’s profile (his age, weight, activity and exercise levels, etc). Since this algorithm works on Big Data and AI principles, it gets better and more accurate as you continue feeding DawgieBowl to your darling. It’s just the right amount of food to keep your baby in perfect shape – literally!
SHOULD I CONSULT MY VET BEFORE FEEDING DAWGIEBOWL TO MY DOG?
Our team of pet nutritionists has worked super hard to ensure that our recipes are complete and balanced, so you shouldn’t have to consult your vet if your dog or cat is healthy and behaving normally. With DawgieBowl, you can rest assured that your baby is in good hands, and is getting all the nutrients to thrive. However, if your pet has allergies or a medical history, or has had trouble with what they’ve eaten in the past, always play it safe and talk to your vet first.
WHAT IF MY DOG HAS A SENSITIVE STOMACH?
Upset stomach is possibly the most painful and dangerous condition for both dawgies and hoomans. And it can be caused by a number of factors – allergies, body’s inability to digest certain food components (often a case with processed foods), parasitic infections, or even emotional trauma and stress. It’s important to understand what is causing your dog’s sensitive stomach, especially before trying out a new food.
However, if you transition over a period of time (Ask your DawgieBowl Account Manager for help with this!) it will give your dog’s stomach adequate time to adapt to the new diet. MY PET HAS ALLERGIES OR A MEDICAL CONDITION. IS IT STILL SAFE FOR HIM TO FEED DAWGIEBOWL?

MY DOG IS A VEGETARIAN. DO YOU HAVE A VEGETARIAN DAWGIEBOWL?
More often than not, it’s their parents that are vegetarian, not the dawgies. Dogs have evolved from their carnivorous ancestors (wolves) to now an omnivorous companion for mankind. As a result, they can digest a variety of diets, including nutrients from plant sources. However, such nutrients are still not the best for their body and often cause gastric issues. Meat-based diets are the best for your dawgie. Read more information here. If you’re a vegetarian, DawgieBowl is the best way to make sure your dog gets the right food without you having to cook meat in your kitchen. So, go ahead and make that hard choice for the sake of your baby and we’ll take care of the rest!
Usage & Storage
HOW SHOULD I MAKE THE SWITCH TO DAWGIEBOWL?
Switching to a new diet could be a little uncomfortable for your dawgie sometimes. Often a change in diet may result in an upset stomach. At times the dogs could be too used to their current food (especially if they’ve always fed on packaged foods that are often loaded with artificial taste enhancers like MSG, etc) or just selective about eating. Switching to real food may be a bit of an exercise but it’s definitely in their best interest in the long run. Whatever may be the case, we highly recommend working with your DawgieBowl Account Manager to safely and easily migrate your furry baby to the new diet.
DO I HAVE TO KEEP DAWGIEBOWL FROZEN?
DawgieBowl is vacuum-dried, a state-of-the-art technology that takes away the moisture in the food without heating it at high temperatures; keeping the nutritional values intact and negating the need for preservatives or freezing. You can store your DawgieBowl in a cool and dry place, away from heat and water to retain it in its best condition.
HOW LONG WILL THE FOOD STAY FRESH AFTER IT’S DELIVERED?
The expiration date for your meals is mentioned on the box you receive. It is ideal to have the food consumed before this date. However, we do apply a generous buffer of days between the expiration and the food going bad, so you can feed your pet their meals right up to the last date without worry.
HOW DO I SERVE IT TO MY DOG?
Serving DawgieBowl to your pet is really a 3-step process. Unpack a meal, pour some hot water over it and let it soak for about 5-10 minutes, stir and feed it to your dog. This rehydrates the meal and makes it nice and warm for your baby to devour.

WHAT IF MY PET DOESN’T LIKE IT?
Unless your dog or cat is a picky eater, chances are it would never come to that. The best part of DawgieBowl is that you would not have to convince your baby to eat healthily. Everything that goes into our food is your dawgie’s favorite. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE AMOUNT OF FOOD?
If you feel the serving size we’ve calculated doesn’t look sufficient for your dog, chances are that either you’ve misjudged his activity and exercise levels or his weight and/or other things on his profile have changed from the last time you checked. In either case, please contact us at [email protected] or 9452 666 222 and we’ll help you fix it.
WHAT KIND OF WALK/EXERCISE IS RECOMMENDED FOR MY DOG ON DAWGIEBOWL?
Every dawgie needs a certain level of exercise to stay healthy. The amount of ‘ideal’ exercise, however, may differ by size, breed, and age of the dog. To know exactly how much your dog needs to work out, please talk to your trainer, behaviorist, or contact our Lifestyle Consultant at [email protected] or 9452 666 222. If your dog’s overall activity levels have changed recently, be sure to notify us so we can modify his serving size from the next refill.
WHAT IF MY DOG GETS SICK AFTER EATING THE FOOD?
With any food switch, there’s a chance that your dawgie’s stomach will get upset. And it’s absolutely normal. If you ate the same thing every day and then suddenly changed your diet, you’d probably have some gastric issues too! That’s why we recommend migrating your dog gradually to our food as prescribed in our Getting Started Guide. If your dog has unusually soft or runny poop for more than a few days, contact your vet as you would normally.
CAN I RECYCLE THE PACKAGING?
Of course! We are committed to making a happier world for our dogs and cats. All our packaging is made out of recyclable material.

WHERE CAN I BUY DAWGIEBOWL?
Our website is the only place you can buy a DawgieBowl subscription for your pet. Signing up is quick and easy. Start by filling in your pet’s information and our representative will reach out to you within 24 to 48 business hours. Give them the required information about your pet so we can start designing their unique plan. Make the payment online, and wait for the food to arrive!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Pricing depends on the size of your dog or cat. We have plans starting from ₹999 a week for small dogs and from ₹799 a week for small cats. Real, high-quality ingredients aren’t cheap, but we don’t deal with middlemen and distributors. We buy our ingredients directly from producers– so we are able to offer you great food at affordable prices. Learn more about pricing plans here.
I HAVE TWO OR MORE DAWGIES. HOW DO I SIGN THEM UP?
When it comes to dogs, more is always good. Whether you have two or ten, we can serve them all. If you need to sign up more than one dawgie, please fill in the form for one of them and let us know about the other pets when we give you a call.
DO YOU DELIVER IN MY AREA?
We currently deliver anywhere in the country that our logistic providers can reach. For which reason we only work with the best delivery partners. However, you can always contact us at [email protected] or 9452 666 222 to confirm.
HOW AND WHEN IS THE FOOD DELIVERED?
Our refills are usually delivered once a week or once a month depending on the nature of your subscription.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN IT’S DELIVERED?
You can reach out to us at 9452 666 222 or to the helpline of our delivery partners to see what can be done.
WHEN AM I CHARGED?
We bill you monthly at the beginning of your subscription month. Your monthly billing date is usually the date you activated your first DawgieBowl subscription. If you wish to change your billing date, please contact us at car[email protected] or 9452 666 222. If you have a card on file with us, you will be charged for the month upon invoice generation. If you wish to make any changes to your subscription, or cancel or pause your subscription, please notify us at least 5 days before your billing date.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY DELIVERY?
If you need to make any changes to your order, whether it is skipping or pausing a delivery, you can make those adjustments by contacting us at [email protected] or 9452 666 222 at least 3 days before the next expected delivery date.
WHAT IF I’M OUT OF TOWN OR TRAVELING?
If your dawgie is traveling, their food should travel too! You can go just about anywhere with your DawgieBowl meals, just ensure they are always stored away from direct heat or moisture.
